Respect
Respect is vital, respect is the key for social success! I do my best every day to respect other people. Respect is a difficult word to define but I have my own thoughts about this. It's not what you say to other people, it is how you express yourself and what situation you are in. I call my girlfriend "Clumsy Woman" sometimes when she drops something or whatever the situation may be. After that we simply laugh about it, because I said it respectfully. How can this be? Simply because she did not feel bad about dropping something at home, that is no big deal. If she is at school and drops something in public; that would be an entirely different situation. If that happens I just tell her it was no big deal; it could after all have happened to anyone.
Another thing is to respect people for what they do. No matter how bad they are at it, be supportive! I have been learning people over the years how to play the guitar. At first they could not even hit the right note but eventually they did and then I made a big deal out if so that they felt good and were able to continue happily and successfully!
People can say anything to me and I still laugh, but if they do it disrespectfully I can almost become physical. I just hate when people are being disrespectful yo me or to other people.
Just remember; Let people do what they love and respect them for that; it won't cost you anything and you can make someone feel better about themselves...

The big step
Two days ago something big happened. One of the biggest things that has ever happened to me. I got engaged. I asked my Sweetheart Erica if she wanted to be mine forever. She said "Yes!" We did not say much after that, we had to deal with it for a while. All we did was hugging for twenty minutes!! After that we started talking about what text we should put in the rings. To be honest, it's not until now I realize that I really am engaged. I am so happy!
It is with her I want to spend my life, she is the one!
And don't forget; Never doubt love. You may feel that love kills you if you miss someone or you can't have them. That is not love, that is just bad feelings you get. Love is when you hold that one person you love and you feel that is the only place you should be!

Prejudice
We are sex billion people on this planet, we have no way to go, we share our planet. No matter what you believe if it was God who created the Earth or if it happened by coincidence, it does not matter. We have been given a wonderful planet and to keep it that wonderful; unfortunately we haven't done a very good job. Countries have been and are still at war; people are horrible against other people who might be different, we even kill each other. We don't deserve this planet! The planet is suffering from some really big problems due to the pollution and what are we doing about it; fighting and not getting to any kind of agreement. We blame other countries for this problem and they blame us. We are so blind that we cannot even see that this is beyond any specific countries. Many people blame China for this issue. It is not about China, USA or Russia it is a matter of survival. We all have to work together! I wonder what they will argue about when there is nothing left to argue about? Our planet is dying; let's fix it!
It is not only a governmental issue, we are all a part of this. We hurt people for being different if they are Gay, Bisexual or Transvestite; don't look "normal", don't think normal. It is so sad. Why can't we all be best friends and keep each other safe, where in the evolutionary chain did it went completely wrong?
Just remember; Nobody is perfect, it is just that some people know how to hide their imperfections.

Life
In life there are obstacles that we somehow need to face. It may feel like we are stuck in the same place not getting anywhere. We all have our reasons; some people have lost a person they loved, some people are in love and some are not getting any love. Being in love is a miracle but with love comes commitment, responsibilities and choices we must make.
My obstacle is not love, it's just more complicated than that. It is distance, feelings I cannot control; it is the biggest desire of all; Love! We all need love, it's a part of human nature the way God intended us. I lose closeness and love every week and then getting it back a few days later. That's right, I have a distance relationship. Nobody thought we would make it, but against all odds we defeated the obstacles along the way and now it is time for our two-year anniversary.
Feelings are a big obstacle but it is also the biggest asset.
Just remember this; No matter who you are and where you come from, we all have a luggage and it is time we start dealing with it. No one else will do that for you...
